Role Overview
The QA / Validation Engineer is responsible for ensuring system correctness, reliability, and validation readiness, with a particular focus on regulated workflows. This role supports testing, validation, and quality assurance activities across the platform, working closely with engineering and scientific teams to verify that systems behave as expected and meet defined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute automated and manual test plans for platform components.
Validate data flows, system behavior, and machine learning model outputs.
Perform regression testing to ensure system stability across updates and releases.
Assist with validation documentation and test result reporting.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
Support quality and validation readiness for compliance-driven environments.
Required Qualifications
Experience in quality assurance, testing, or validation roles.
Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies.
Ability to validate data flows and application behavior.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Experience collaborating with engineering or technical teams.
Ability to work part-time in a structured, milestone-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting regulated or compliance-focused systems.
Familiarity with software validation or quality frameworks.
Experience testing data-driven or analytics platforms.
Exposure to test automation tools or frameworks.
Compensation
