Role Overview
The Product Manager coordinates requirements, priorities, and execution cadence to ensure alignment across scientific, engineering, and operational teams. This role focuses on translating goals into clear requirements, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring cross-functional clarity without owning scientific or engineering implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Define product requirements and maintain prioritized roadmaps.
Coordinate sprint planning and backlog grooming with engineering teams.
Align stakeholders across scientific, engineering, and operational functions.
Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve scope and priority issues.
Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and timeliness.
Required Qualifications
Experience in product management or delivery coordination roles.
Ability to define clear requirements and manage priorities across teams.
Experience working with engineering and technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work part-time in a structured, milestone-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting data-driven, scientific, or technical products.
Familiarity with agile or iterative development processes.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in early-stage environments.
Exposure to regulated or compliance-aware product development.
Compensation
