Role Overview
The Compliance / Documentation Specialist supports technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and audit readiness for the platform. This role focuses on maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date documentation to support validation and compliance activities. The position does not provide legal or regulatory advice and works in coordination with technical, quality, and regulatory-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support preparation and organization of validation and audit records.
Coordinate document versioning, approvals, and change tracking.
Assist regulatory-facing teams by ensuring documentation is accurate and readily accessible.
Ensure documentation practices support audit readiness and internal review processes.
Organize and manage documentation repositories and records.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting documentation, compliance, or quality-related functions.
Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
Experience managing document versioning and controlled documentation.
Ability to organize and maintain structured records.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to work part-time in a structured, compliance-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven organizations.
Familiarity with SOP development and document control practices.
Experience working with technical or scientific teams.
Exposure to validation or audit preparation processes.
Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
